Long version:
Hope House is a non-profit agency committed to family-centered, community-based, coordinated care for children ages six weeks through six years who are infected or affected by HIV and AIDS.
Founded by the Junior League of Memphis in 1994, our mission is to address the medical, psychological and educational needs of HIV affected children and their families, as well as the complicated social issues often present due to poverty, lack of education, and substance abuse.
By providing pre-school education, daycare services, respite care, and 24-hour emergency care, Hope House is filling a void that existed in the continuum of care for HIV positive families in the Memphis area.
Hope House is the only facility in the State of Tennessee designed to meet the unique needs of HIV affected children.
