Hope and Homes for Children, Lumos, Eurochild and Save the Children presented the Toolkit for the European Institutions and Delegations Staff Reforming Child Protection and Care in EU accession at DG ENEST at the European Commission. Irina Papancheva, HHC Senior Advocacy Lead, shared the key recommendations from the toolkit. Livia Marginean, Program Manager at CCF Moldova, Otto Sestak, HHC Head of Learning and Engagement and Boryana Klimentova, Programme Director at HHC Bulgaria shared insights from the care reform process in their countries.
