Make a Financial Donation to Hope House

Did you know that it costs one million dollars a year to keep the Hope House doors open? Hope House depends on the generosity of concerned individuals like you to help mobilize a comprehensive response to the children in Memphis and Shelby County impacted by HIV/AIDS. Together, we can create a better world for these disadvantaged families. Please give as generously as you can! Donate today!

Planned Giving and Endowment Information

Planned giving, for the donor, is the integration of sound personal, financial and estate planning concepts with the individual donor's plans for lifetime or testamentary giving. Planned gifts (or deferred gifts) include gifts to charitable organizations from individual donors through bequests, charitable remainder trusts, gift annuities and life insurance policies. By investing in the endowment at the Hope House, you are helping ensure that there is always a safe, loving place where children impacted by HIV/AIDS can learn and grow.

How Planned Giving Benefits Hope House:

  • Your gift to an endowment fund provides a stable source of future operating revenue for the Hope House programs and services and lessens dependence upon less predictable funding.
  • Your planned gift increases available options for giving and uncovers future major capital fund contributors.
  • Planned giving enables the agency's leadership to plan more effectively for future growth and expand services, as well as provides opportunities for innovations.
  • These gifts also increase community awareness of philanthropy through various planned giving vehicles.
  • Gifts enable people who consider our agency one of their favorite charities to fund special projects.
  • Planned gifts preserves the quality of services of our organization for future generations.

Donate To Our Emergency Fund

Because our families live in extreme poverty, many of them have trouble paying their bills, especially in the winter and summer months when heating and air conditioning bills skyrocket. Other times our families have special medical or family emergencies that require additional help from Hope House. You can support this wonderful program and ensure that no child is without heat, food, or other necessities this year. To donate to the Hope House Emergency fund, please contact Maria Randall at 901-272-2702 ext. 207.
